The San Diego Police Department has approved a march route for One Billion Rising San Diego! Join us at City Hall (2nd and C Streets) at 4:30 p.m. on the Feb. 14, 2013. We will march down Second, up Broadway, across on 5th and back down to the Civic Center on B.
The march gives us all time to meet up at the Organ Pavilion in Balboa Park for the 6:30 pm main event.
